SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Two Daughters Studio LLC offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features within the Affirma application. The subscription details are as follows:

Subscription Length:

  • 1 Month Subscription
  • 12 Months (Yearly) Subscription

Pricing:

  • Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
  • Yearly Subscription: $59.99 per year

All plans include a 7-day free trial, after which the subscription automatically renews unless canceled.

Payment:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the trial period unless canceled before the trial ends. If no free trial applies, payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Manage Subscription:

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Free Trial:

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. The subscription begins automatically at the end of the free trial unless canceled beforehand.

No Refunds:

Payments and subscription fees are non-refundable.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Affirma mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Two Daughters Studio LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Affirma is a wellness application that provides personalized positive affirmations designed to support mental well-being. The App offers features including but not limited to:

  • Personalized daily affirmations based on user preferences
  • 6 nature-inspired visual themes
  • Progress tracking with streaks and badges
  • Favorites collection
  • Push notification reminders
  • Premium subscription features

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

When using Affirma, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without authorization
  • Be at least 13 years of age to use the App

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Two Daughters Studio LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AFFIRMA IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements or produce specific results.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWO DAUGHTERS STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
